Tuban Purchasing Superintendent

Tuban (Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities :

Scope of works :

As Purchasing Superintendent, the incumbent will be responsible to manage the systematic process of deciding what, when and how much to purchase and also to ensure that what is required by end user is received on time in the quality specified. The task will be covering, but not limited to :

• Negotiate and prepare series of options to purchase goods/ services at the best conditions with the aim reducing total Cost of Ownership
• Select the vendor, considering the end user recommendation and the vendor performance
• Execute a procurement process based on theprocurement policy and procedure
• Ensure that the purchasing KPI (key Performance Indicator) on the PO processing time and on time delivery are achieved and aligned with the procurement policy & procedure
• Develope and coach buyers and senior buyers through their individual development program

Requirements :

Education :

• Bachelor Degree from reputable university, degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical) is preferable

Experience :

• 5 years holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company (with 2 years experience as supervisor)

Computer literacy :

• Microsoft office

Language :

• Good command in English oral and written

Other qualification / skills :

• Excellent in leadership and coaching skill
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Excellent negotiation skill
• Good communication interpersonal skill
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Have good technical skill in cement industry is preferable

Tuban Receiver & Store Man

Responsibilities :

Scope of works :

As Receiver & Store Man, the incumbent will be responsible to ensure the effectiveness implementation of receipt goods, either stock items or goods at direct charge. The incumbent will be also liable to allocate goods on determined location

Requirements :

Education :

• Diploma Degree from related major

Experience :

• 2 years experiences as counter or other similar position at spare part planning area

Computer literacy :

• Microsoft office, SAP

Language :

• Good command in English oral and written

Other qualification / skills :

• Good knowledge of specification of goods
• Mastering the “goods acceptance” and “goods purchase” procedure
• Understand “inventory-taking” procedure.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Good communication interpersonal skill
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Capable of using forklift will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

Scope of works:

• To build and develop sustainable initiative on CSR program surrounding Tuban plant (Community empowerment & development program, etc)
• To build and maintain a goodcompany relationships to the stakehlders surrounding Tuban plant (communities, NGOs, Local Institution and local Goverment)
• To build and maintain reputable company image true communication media (local Media, bulletin, brochure, etc)

Requirements:

Education :

• Graduate degree (S1) majoring Social Science, Public Communication

Experience :

• Minimum 1 year in current position
• Minimum 2 years experience as Senior Staff
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Committee empowerment and community development program
• Minimum 2 years experiance on conflic management

Computer literacy :

• Computer Literacy (Office, Lotus Notes, Etc)

Language :
